Student Scholarship Show is this Weekend!

Although SBAA has given scholarships yearly since its beginning in 1956, 2009 will mark the SBAA's 23rd annual Nita Elder Student Art Show and Reception at the Bellport Village Community Center. Graduating seniors from participating high schools across Suffolk County will compete for scholarships and awards. This show usually attracts the most energetic and colorful artwork by the students- the work is consistently outstanding and worth a look! Support our students! This year's show will be November 20th-22nd at the Bellport Village Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport.

The Opening Reception will be on Friday, November 20th from 7:30pm-9:30pm, with the awards ceremony at 8:00pm.
The exhibit will then be open on Saturday, November 21st from 10:00am-6:00pm, and Sunday, November 22nd from 10:00am-3:00pm.
