Dear SBAA Members:
Our Annual Meeting and Election of Officers will be held at the Post Morrow Annex located on Bay Road,
in Brookhaven on Sunday, October 4th from 1:00-4:00 pm.
Joan Tavolott will be coordinating the food for this event. We are returning to hosting a "Pot Luck" dinner where everyone is encouraged to participate. We will be ordering hero's and supplying some beverages however, we are still in need of side dishes ,appetizers, and additional hot entrees if you wish to bring one. You may BYOB if you wish. During our Annual Meeting, we will be voting on the new slate of officers for our Board. Our slate of nominees isn't quite complete as of this date. The Board will provide all members with the full slate of nominees under a separate subsequent email.

Opportunites for Artists and September News
Our
Tuesday Morning Sketch group will
begin again starting on Tuesday September 15th, beginning at 10:00 am in the
Bellport Village Community Center located on Bell street. The group will
be lead by Sally Pezza who has procured a model, Shamus to sketch!!
This
is a wonderful opportunity for the beginning artist to explore portraiture or
for the experienced Artist to practice their skills!!! A small fee
will be collected to pay the model.
